What is Lively Wedding Box?

Lively Wedding Box is a monthly subscription box filled with 5 to 7 bridal themed gifts.


What kind of items can I expect to get in the box?

We carefully handpick every item that goes in the box. You will get items like t shirts, water bottles, can coolers, pens, beauty products, tank tops, notebooks, cards, wine glasses, key chains and so much more!


Can I choose what comes in my box?

You cannot choose what comes in your box. We hand pick each item that will be in your box, and everyone will receive the same box with the same products. Sometimes we will post a sneak peak of some of the items on Instagram. www.instagram.com/livelyweddingbox. You can also visit our store to purchase single items.


When do you charge my card? 

Your card will be charged right away when you purchase. Moving forward, your card will be charged on the first of every month.


What if my account has insufficient funds when I subscribe or when I am rebilled?
Lively Wedding Box is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards.


When will I get my box?

If you purchase your box before the 4th of the month, your box will ship between the 15th and the 20th of that month.


How do you know my size? 

You must fill out the survey at checkout to ensure the correct sizes are shipped. If you do not fill out the survey, you will be sent a random size. We cannot exchange any items if you do not fill out the survey. If you need to change a size, please send us an email before the 4th of the month. 


Can I return the box or items in the box?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on the box, or any items in the box. If an item is damaged, send us an email with pictures and a description of the damage and we will send you a replacement. You must send us the email within 3 days after you receive your box, based on delivery confirmation.


Can I cancel my subscription?

If you purchased one individual box, there is no cancellation required, as it is not a subscription. You cannot cancel the 6 or 12 month subscriptions due to the discount you are receiving. 


I have a product I want featured in the box.

Send us an email with the product you want featured using the subject "I want to be featured!".


Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, please send us an email before the 4th of the month. If you change your address after the 4th of the month your box will be sent to the old address on file that month. Your address will not update in our system until the next month.


I'm a wedding vendor, can I send the box to my brides?

Yes! Lively Wedding Box is the perfect welcome gift to send to brides! Send us an email to get a special discount code for one time boxes. 


Need a same sex box?

No problem!  Some boxes may include things for "mr. and mrs." Just send us an email with your request if you need a same sex box.
